Privacy Notice (KVKK)

As Güçlü Plastik (the "Company"), we process your personal data as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") as described below.

Data we process

Your full name, company name, phone number, e-mail address and message content sent through the contact form.

Purposes

• Answering your requests, questions and suggestions
• Evaluating price, order, dealership and export requests
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Legal basis and collection

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, based on Articles 5/2-c (performance of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties or transferred abroad, except where required by law.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for at most 2 years after the request is concluded and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. You can send your requests to bilgi@gucluplastik.com.tr.
